Aims and Objectives

The Board aims to:-

• Achieve and implement government targets, which will have been determined nationally through ADA.
• Promote an organisational culture which is open and accountable, pragmatic, professional, innovative, ethical and entrepreneurial.
• Reduce to a minimum / eliminate accidents at work.
• Consult all interested parties before formulating policy and making decisions.
• Develop standards of best practice and provide services which reflect local needs.
